DEFINITION OF NATUROPATHY
Naturopathy, based on the principle of vital energy in the body, brings together practices from the Western tradition. W.H.O. (World Health Organization) class "Traditional Medicine" and the European Parliament "Unconventional Medicine". It is based on the 10 natural agents to health: dietary control, counselling, physical exercise , hydrology, plant science and aromatology, technical manual , technical reflexes, breathing techniques, energy engineering, technical vibration . It aims to preserve and enhance the overall health of individuals, their quality of life and body to repair itself through natural means.
More simply, we can say that naturopathy is the art of being actively in control of one's health, staying healthy, focusing on prevention and self healing through the use of natural resources and encompassing one's whole being.
